There are so many benefits to working out with a Nielsen Fitness personal trainer, one of which a client of ours has illustrated perfectly for us: portability. The two photos below were taken by a dedicated client of ours – the first while he was on vacation in Italy last month, and the second just this past weekend in Ireland.
Proof positive that it’s possible to keep up with health and fitness goals while traveling, and that you don’t need a gym or any bulky equipment to have an effective and fun workout!
PS: This client is using one of our favourite pieces of equipment: a TRX, which is an excellent tool for more advanced movements and strength building.
