We are very proud to unveil our newly redesigned website. Although our old site served us well for many years, it was time for an update.
Our new site is bright and clean and - we hope - better reflects what Nielsen Fitness is all about now that we're a little more grown-up. You'll see some new photography, both on our team page and throughout the site.
Although much of the information is similar to the old, we've created some new content to help you get to know us better like What to expect and How we're different.
For existing clients, we've added an easy access point to our portal. We'll post other important links and information here periodically.
Keep an eye out for regular blog posts filled with tips, news and promotions, advice and recipes. Check back often or subscribe for updates (through the RSS button on the right).

Poul Nielsen is the owner and operator of Nielsen Fitness, Toronto's leading team of in-home personal trainers. He has 16 years' experience in the fitness industry and has taught courses in Fitness and Lifestyle Management at George Brown College.
In addition to exercise (obviously), he loves spending time with his family, playing the guitar, strong coffee - and dark chocolate!
