Jacqueline Pinheiro, Trainer
Jacqueline got her start in fitness playing competitive sports in high school. She started training in order to improve her skill. Since then she had gone on to coach volleyball, and teach aerobics and boot camp classes.
Jacqueline holds a diploma from George Brown’s Fitness & Health program.
She enjoys playing volleyball, ultimate Frisbee, and running. She trains to improve her performance, and she can help train you to improve yours.
Jacqueline believes that if you give 110% of yourself, you will always see improvement.
