Poul Nielsen owns and operates of Nielsen Fitness. His interest in health and fitness began at an early age and led him to pursue the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College.
Poul has spent the last decade working as a personal trainer and fitness consultant in Toronto in both gym and in-home settings. He loves working in the fitness industry and considers himself lucky to spend his days helping people change their lives for the better.
Poul enjoys spending time with his wife Janet and their dog Matilda and takes every opportunity he can to get outside - whether that means kayaking at the cottage or riding his bike in the city.
Poul has spent many years competing in strength athletics including the Ontario Strongman circuit. With those days behind him, he is now working on becoming a runner and has his sights set on a half marathon.
