Poul Nielsen owns and operates Nielsen Fitness. His interest in health and fitness began at an early age, and in 2000 he graduated the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College. Since then he has taken numerous courses and regularly attends fitness and health workshops.
Poul has spent the last decade working as a personal trainer and fitness consultant in Toronto in both gym and in-home settings, and has built a reputation as one of Toronto's leading trainers. He loves being a part of the fitness industry and considers himself lucky to spend his days helping people change their lives for the better.
Poul enjoys spending time with his family and takes every opportunity he can to get outside - whether that means kayaking at the cottage or riding his bike in the city.
Poul has spent many years competing in strength athletics including the Ontario Strongman circuit. With those days behind him, he is now working on becoming a runner and has his sights set on a half marathon.
