Melissa Ullberg

Personal Trainer
Melissa Ullberg has been involved in sports all her life, participating in everything from swimming to endurance competitions.

She has been certified by various organizations over the years, including Can-Fit Pro and Twist Conditioning. She loves to include functional exercises in her clients' workouts, and is excellent at helping them achieve fat-loss, manage and recover from injuries, and adapt workouts to support specific sport conditioning.  In her years she has helped many clients prepare for endurance races ranging from 5ks to marathons.

Melissa is also a Nationally Certified Pre and Post Natal trainer. Many of her clients love that they can stay in great shape during pregnancy, and are able to 'rebound' very quickly afterwards. 
 
Melissa has also been an acquafit instructor for over 15 years.  She believes in leading a balanced lifestyle and making exercise/activity a part of daily life.
